Student Visa

Requirement for Student Visa

  1. Valid passport ( validity should be at least six months beyond the intended stay in the Philippines.
  2. Visa Application from duly completed in all respect in triplicate (Application form shall be pink in color)
  3. Medical Certificate (FA From No:11 ) signed by Medical Practitioner appointed by the Consulate, along with the full Size chest x-ray and following Laboratory Reports.

Medical report along with the chest X-ray to be submitted.
Following reports to be submitted:
  1. Blood Serology
  2. Urinalysis
  3. Stool Analysis
  1. Police Clearance Certificate duly authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, HMG of Nepal
  2. Affidavit of Financial Support along with latest statement of the Bank account (Not less than NRs. 5,00,000,00)
  3. Latest photograph size: (Photo Size: Width: 2 Inch, Height: 2 Inch) ( 8 Copies)
  4. Sealed Letter of Acceptance.
  5. Visa Fee including the mailing charge Manila - Delhi - Ktm : Nrs, 21,700.00 (Nrs, Twenty One Thousand Seven Hundred Only) to be deposited in Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited, New Baneshor, Account No: 01-0209171-01, Account Name: Consulate of the Republic of the Philippines
  6. Visa applicants will have to submit a comprehensive list of their possible contact person in the Philippines and their complete addresses as one of the requirements they have to comply before the visa apply.

NOTE:

  1. Visa formalities shall take 7 or more days from the date of submission of all the required documents.
  2. FA form No - 2 & 11 shall be provided by the Consulate Office.
  3. Advice you to apply student visa within 10 days upon completion of interview

AUTHENTICATION OF DOCUMENTS

Documents required for authentication.

A.

  1. Duly accomplished University Application Form.
  2. Personal History Statement (PHS Form) - six copies of PHS form to be completely filled.
  3. Submission of two copies of Transcript of Records and Character Certificate attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Education.

 

B.

  1. Police Clearance Certificate.
  2. Recommendation Letter from two bonafide teachers (A school head and teacher )
  3. Copy of citizenship translated in English.
  4. Copy of Passport

 

C.

  1. Bank balance of the parents along with the latest statement of accounts.
  2. Accomplished Affidavit certified by notary Public.
  3. Authentication Fee : NRs. 6000 to be deposited at Standard Chartered Bank Nepal, New Baneshwor, Account No: 01-0209171-01, Account Name: Consulate of the Republic of Philippines

 

NOTE:

  1. All Nepali document to be translated in English by Ministry of Justice, Babar Mahal, Kathmandu.
  2. Personal History Statement (PHS form) and Affidavit of financial support form is available at the Consulate Office.
  3. Authentication documents shall be available within four working days after submission of the complete documents.
  4. Deposition slip of Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited is available at the office reception.
